Issue: "My image URL isn't working"

Fix:

Verify URL starts with https://
Verify URL ends with .jpg, .png, .webp, or .gif
Test: Paste URL in private browser - should show ONLY the image
Don't use Google Drive, Dropbox, or other file-sharing links

Issue: "Can't generate code - says profile incomplete"

Fix:

Check completion percentage (need 70%+ minimum)
Required sections:
- Business name and description
- Contact information
- At least one offer
- Website URL
Look for red error messages indicating missing fields

Issue: "Code installed but not showing in validation tool"

Fix:

Wait 10 minutes for caching
Clear your website cache
Verify code is in <head> section, not <body>
Check your page source to confirm code is present
Try hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (PC) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)

Issue: "Changes not appearing in generated schema"

Fix:

Changes sync automatically within 5 minutes
Clear your browser cache
Force refresh: Regenerate code (optional)
Check the live URL in validation tool after 10 minutes

Issue: "Validation tool shows errors"

Fix:

Check which schema type is causing errors
Most common: Missing required fields
Verify all URLs are complete and accessible
Ensure pricing is formatted as numbers (not text with $ symbol)
Contact support with specific error message

Issue: "How long until AI systems find me?"

Answer:

Schema is discoverable immediately after installation
AI systems typically take 2-4 weeks to discover and index
Google may show rich results sooner (1-2 weeks)
Be patient - this is infrastructure that compounds over time
