How to Get Image URLs for Logo and Photos

StructuredAF uses image URLs (not file uploads) because AI systems need direct links to display your logo and photos in search results.

Quick Method:

  1. Go to your website where the image is displayed
  2. Right-click directly on the image
  3. Select "Copy image address" or "Copy image link"
  4. Paste the URL into StructuredAF

URL Requirements:

✅ Must start with https://
✅ Must end with .jpg, .png, .webp, or .gif
✅ Must be publicly accessible (not behind login)

Example of correct URL:

https://yourwebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/logo.png

**Common mistakes:**

Using page URL instead of direct image URL

Using Google Drive or Dropbox links (these don't work)

Forgetting the `https://` **If you don't have an image URL:** Upload your image to your website's media library first, then copy the URL from there.

Test your URL:** Paste it in a private browser window. If you see ONLY the image (no webpage), it's correct.
